Facilities and accommodation

Fiennes House is an accessible, purpose-built residential home offering support for 12 adults with learning disabilities and autism. Some people may also have sight loss or behaviours that can be challenging, with support being tailored to each person's needs.

The accommodation is comprised of 12 single bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and emergency call systems. There are plenty of shared spaces to relax and socialise, including two communal kitchens, dining areas, shared lounges, as well as a patio and sensory garden.

A standout feature of Fiennes House is the large sensory room, which is designed to support wellbeing through gentle sensory stimulation, using lights, sounds, music, and touch.

Fiennes House is close to Wellington town centre and its amenities, including a range of shops, a farmers’ market, a museum and a leisure centre.
