Redhill Supported Living at Royal Hill Park in Redhill, Surrey provides supported living services for adults with sight loss and learning disabilities or autism.

We also provide support to people in Horley through Redhill Supported Living.

We’re excited to welcome more people into stunning new homes in Redhill, where private homes designed for supported living nestle against the beautiful countryside backdrop of the North Downs.

With the modern housing surrounding the 16th century Tudor house, Redhill Supported Living is the perfect fusion of old and new, town and country, privacy and community.

Apartments

SeeAbility’s apartment blocks, all of which have an accessible lift, are set amongst other private homes in Royal Hill Park.

Individual apartments have a spacious entrance hall, leading to an open plan kitchen and lounge area, opening onto a private balcony, with views across the development and the countryside.

They are designed with accessibility in mind. Kitchens are fully accessible and are fitted with rise and fall work tops, and the spacious bathrooms can be accessed via the bedroom or entrance hall for guests.

Every home has a handy double storage cupboard in the entrance hall - large enough for a washer/dryer, as well other items such as a hoover.

Access to individual apartments is via a private key fob, with a call button available for visitors.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom and a third with an en suite bathroom. All have patio doors opening onto a small private balcony. Our support

Our support in Redhill is designed to be highly person-centred. We take time to get to know everyone we are supporting, so we can work with them to build ambitious lives. We meet the daily living, social and personal care needs through a combination of one-to-one and shared support hours, meaning we provide tailored 24 hour support - including night support.

Clinical Assessment and Intervention Team

Our Clinical Assessment and Intervention Team (CAIT) includes vision rehabilitation workers and behaviour consultants with at least a Masters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. The vision rehabilitation workers can play a vital role in supporting SeeAbility’s commitment to supporting those with sight loss, as well as those with a diagnosis of learning disability or autism.

Where funded, these three clinical areas can work together to assess each person’s needs and develop their support using a Positive Behaviour Support framework.

This means each person we support gets exactly the right kind of expert attention they need, when they need it, so they can make more choices about what they want from life every day.
