Our support in Redhill
We’re excited to welcome more people into stunning new homes in Redhill, where private homes designed for supported living nestle against the beautiful countryside backdrop of the North Downs.
With the modern housing surrounding the 16th century Tudor house, our homes in Redhill are the perfect fusion of old and new, town and country, privacy and community.
Apartments
SeeAbility’s apartment blocks, all of which have an accessible lift, are set amongst other private homes in Royal Hill Park.
Individual apartments have a spacious entrance hall, leading to an open plan kitchen and lounge area, opening onto a private balcony, with views across the development and the countryside.
They are designed with accessibility in mind. Kitchens are fully accessible and are fitted with rise and fall work tops, and the spacious bathrooms can be accessed via the bedroom or entrance hall for guests.
Every home has a handy double storage cupboard in the entrance hall - large enough for a washer/dryer, as well other items such as a hoover.
Access to individual apartments is via a private key fob, with a call button available for visitors.
Shared houses

Our modern three-storey houses are situated amongst other private homes in Royal Hill Park and each has five bedrooms. Each home has a spacious entrance hall leading to the ground floor bedroom, downstairs cloak room, lounge and accessible kitchen, which has rise and fall worktops. Double doors take you into a large communal living area, with a dining area leading to the kitchen. This is the buzzing community hub, where housemates can get to know each other.
Full width patio doors open out onto a tranquil grass garden with a gate to the front of the house. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom and a third with an en suite bathroom. All have patio doors opening onto a small private balcony. The top floor landing takes you to the fifth large bedroom, which has its own access to the outside communal space with magnificent views.
Our support
Our support in Redhill is designed to be highly person-centred. We take time to get to know everyone we are supporting, so we can work with them to build ambitious lives. We meet the daily living, social and personal care needs through a combination of one-to-one and shared support hours, meaning we provide tailored 24 hour support - including night support.
Finding community
Our homes in Redhill are in a unique development, where supported living homes are scattered amongst private homes. They are not set apart or excluded, but truly embedded in the local community, creating a neighbourhood that is vibrant, diverse and welcoming. It is a place where you can always find like-minded people with similar interests, hobbies and skills, where you know your neighbour and invite them round for tea. It is a place where you can build a life.
Ready, Willing and Able
People supported by SeeAbility also have access to our supported employment programme Ready, Willing and Able. This programme supports people with confidence training and mentoring via a supported employment coach, who will also support them in their search to find meaningful employment.
Listen Up!
SeeAbility’s Listen Up programme supports people with disabilities to speak up and campaign about the issues that matter to them. It is an exciting programme that works with people to build confidence and make a difference in society.
