Facilities and accommodation

The outside of Fairways - a bright, modern brick home with three floors.

Fairways is an accessible, purpose-built residential home offering support for up to 6 adults with learning disabilities who may also have sight loss.

The accommodation is comprised of six bedrooms with accessible en‑suite wet rooms, a specially designed communal kitchen, lounge/dining area, and a shared assisted bathroom. The building has been thoughtfully designed to support people with visual impairments, making good use of colour and texture contrasts in décor, tactile features and appropriate lighting throughout. It is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with lift access provided.

Based in the historic county of Hampshire, this home is a stone’s throw from a range of local amenities in the town centre, including a shopping centre, leisure centre and theatre. Nature lovers can enjoy picnics in the nearby Princess Gardens, or explore local woodlands, canals and green spaces, offering plenty of opportunities to relax, stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
