Paul Pargeter
Paul brings extensive experience in social care, with a strong focus on quality, inclusion and person-centred support. He joined SeeAbility after a number of years working across the charity sector, where he led involvement and engagement programmes that ensured the voices of people with learning disabilities and their families directly shaped services and organisational strategy.
Before becoming Executive Director of Operations, Paul led SeeAbility’s Quality and Innovation function, helping to develop our Great Expectations strategy (which supports people to set their own goals and live the lives they choose), with a focus on relationships, health, communities, and developing skills.
Paul is passionate about making sure people have real choice and control over their lives, and about building support that is shaped by lived experience. He is committed to working closely with colleagues from all across SeeAbility to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that ensures people can live, love, thrive and belong.
As SeeAbility's Executive Director of Operations, Paul is responsible for leading operational services across the organisation, ensuring they deliver safe, effective and ambitious support, so that people can live their best lives.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys an active life, whether that's exploring the countryside, spending time by the sea or listening to music - all alongside his family, friends and dog, Monty.
