Lynsey Robertson is a senior health and social care leader with over 25 years’ experience spanning the NHS, independent providers, and the voluntary sector. She is currently Deputy Director of Complex Care at NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board, where she leads strategic commissioning, market development, and financial oversight for complex care services.

Lynsey began her career as a frontline support worker and has held a range of senior leadership and director-level roles across commissioning, service development, and provider organisations. Her experience includes complex care, learning disability, neuro-rehabilitation, and supported living services, as well as large-scale system transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of new models of care.

She brings strong financial acumen, a focus on quality and outcomes, and a collaborative approach to leadership. Lynsey is passionate about inclusion, equity, and person-centred care, and is particularly interested in how integrated systems, digital innovation, and strong governance can improve outcomes for people and communities.
