We helped 200,000 people use Easy Eye Care. 

Easy Eye Care helps people with learning disabilities get eye tests near where they live.

Everyone should be able to get information in a way they understand. 

Our easy read guides help people understand information and make choices.

Our easy read guides were looked at 136,484 times.

People with learning disabilities should have a say in the decisions that affect their lives.

Our Listen Up! team speaks up for better healthcare and social care.

They met with people in the Government to talk about the changes people want to see.

We reached 2,376 people through our Listen Up! team.

Our Ready, Willing and Able programme helps people with disabilities to find jobs. 

We helped 17 people find paid work last year. 

We worked with employers to make it easier for people with disabilities to find jobs.
