Give in your Will
Leave a life-changing gift.
Help create a brighter future for people with learning disabilities. If you see ability and, like us, want to champion it, please consider giving a gift in your will.
We have recently celebrated our 220th birthday! We are very proud of our history, but must always look to the future. Our work can only continue with the help of people like you. Download our legacy leaflet and find out what an extraordinary difference a gift in your will can make!
Some people choose to leave a fixed sum to charity and others leave a percentage after provisions are made to family and friends. If you already have a will it's easy to add a gift with a codicil which saves you making a new one. Your solicitor can assist you in drawing up, reviewing or updating a will. Any gift made to a charity is free of tax as it is deducted from your estate before inheritance tax is calculated.
Making a will and leaving a gift to charity is a personal and private matter, and you do not need to tell us about your plans. You're more than welcome to ask for regular updates on our work if you wish, or explore our website at any time to see the impact your gift can make.
Thank you for taking the time to consider such a wonderful and generous gesture for the future. Every gift of every size given to SeeAbility is valued and used wisely.
