Captain Tom 100 challenge

Anywhere!

What is the Captain Tom 100 Challenge?

Last year, Captain Tom Moore set out round his garden to thank our NHS heroes by completing 100 laps around his garden and raising money for the NHS Covid-19 Appeal. His simple message of hope united nations, bringing light and comfort to millions worldwide. Now it's your turn to build on that legacy by taking on a challenge around the number 100.

How to get involved?

It’s so simple to get involved and everyone- all ages and abilities can take part too! All you need to do is follow these four simple steps.

  1. Dream up your Captain Tom 100 challenge based around the number 100. Your challenge could be walking 100 steps or running 100 metres, baking 100 cakes, writing a 100- word poem or flipping 100 pancakes. Anything at all. Here are a few ideas to get you started!
  2. Fundraise or donate whatever you can to SeeAbility’s Just Giving page
  3. Complete your challenge at anytime and anywhere over Captain Tom’s birthday weekend – starting on Friday 30 April through to Bank Holiday Monday 3 May
  4. Receive your digital medal

It’s as simple as that!
