What is your role?

I’m the Regional Head of Operations for the South East, overseeing all residential homes, supported living homes, outreach and days services in the region.

What inspires you?

I have a real passion for ensuring the people we support are at the centre of all decisions, both within their own homes and as part of Seeability. I’m particularly passionate about positive behaviour support, person-centred communication, reducing the need for restrictive practice and supporting independence and inclusion. 

What's your favourite thing to do outside work?

I’m mum to 2 boys aged 6 and 8 who keep me on my toes! The eldest has ASD and ADHD and I’m a huge advocate for him, ensuring he is listened to and is at the centre of his education and support. On the rare occasion I do manage to get some down time I enjoy music, reading and spending time with friends.
