How we can support you Support and accommodation services Supported living Surrey Support Service Terry Maguire (Registered Manager) 01372 877 135T.Maguire@email@example.com Our service Surrey Support Service provides supported living services for adults with a range of disabilities in two locations — Ashtead and Surbiton. We specialise in supporting and assisting people with sight loss and also offer individual personalised support in people's own homes throughout the Surrey area. We want to excel as a specialist provider of quality care and support, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is to enable people to make choices and express their individuality. Personalisation is not a tick box exercise for us, but is fundamental to how we deliver our mission every single day of the year. Our specialist support team work closely with the people we support, providing rehabilitation to people with sight loss to help them maintain and develop skills, and be more independent. We have speech and language therapists who support people with communication difficulties and the team also provides assistive technology and accessible information. Supported living services are designed to meet daily living, social and personal care needs. These are arranged through a combination of one-to-one and shared support hours. Our facilities and accommodation Surrey Support Service operates from our Epsom office and offers a six bedroom supported living house in Ashtead, and a five bedroom supported living house in Surbiton. Both properties offer individual tenancies with access to communal areas. Surrey Outreach Service SeeAbility also provides high quality and flexible solutions for people living with sight loss and other disabilities in their own homes in Surrey. Our care is individually tailored and person-centred, and follows a thorough assessment of need and understanding each individuals aspirations. Our experience shows that people can achieve their own personal goals given the right specialist support from appropriately trained staff who understand their individual specific needs. We have a demonstrable track record of building successful partnerships with individuals, families, advocates, other providers, community resources and sponsoring authorities.
