SeeAbility Christmas Charity Quiz 2017

We have a Christmas cracker of a charity quiz for all you smart cookies!

Take a bite out of our biscuit, cakes and treats themed cryptic challenge this Christmas and give yourself the chance to win £250!

All money raised will go to SeeAbility. It's a great way to support a charity in your local community and it makes a great stocking filler too!

  1. Make a donation below
  2. You will get an on-screen confirmation and an email – both of which will contain your Christmas Quiz download link
  3. Alternatively, we can send you a hardcopy of the quiz and take your donation by phone, just give us a call on 01372 755042

 

Quiz rules - Read

  1. The 2017 SeeAbility Christmas Charity Quiz (the Quiz) is open from 15th November 2017 until midnight on 15th January 2018. We must receive your entry by midnight on 15th January 2018. 
  2. There are two ways you can enter to win a prize - by completing the main Quiz or by completing the Bonus Question.
  3. There is only one prize per entrant. Thus if you win the main 1st Prize, you would not be entered into the draw for the Bonus Prize.
  4. All entries will go into a random draw. 1st prize of £250 will be awarded to the first correctly completed (all 50 main questions) quiz sheet drawn out. In the event that no entries have all questions correct, the winner will the first entry with 49 main questions correct, and so on, until a winner is confirmed. All other entries will then be put into another random draw. The £100 Bonus Question prize will be awarded to the first correct Bonus Question entry that is drawn. You must answer each orange box correctly and spell out the correct word in the bonus box to be eligible to win if drawn.
  5. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Entries can be submitted by post to our Epsom central office or by email. Details are on our website and/or on printed materials.
  7. When submitting your entry for both Quiz and Bonus Prize, You must provide your name, address and/or contact telephone number. We will only use this information in relation to quiz prize administration and will not use it for any other purposes whatsoever unless you give us specific permission. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary as per our privacy policy (seeability.org/privacy).
  8. Employees involved in the development of this quiz are not allowed to enter.
  9. The two winners will be notified using their given contact details and prizes will be issued within 28 days.
  10. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  11. We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
  12. Your entry will not be returned to you.
  13. The Promoter of the Competition is SeeAbility whose address is Newplan House, 41 East Street, Epsom, KT17 1BL.  Registered Charity 255913. Any queries or complaints regarding the Competition should be sent to this address.
  14. SeeAbility accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the  Quiz or accepting the prize. SeeAbility further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Quiz.
  15. SeeAbility reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Quiz with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of SeeAbility in all matters under its control is final and binding.
  16. SeeAbility shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
