Position: Property Services Manager
Location: Epsom, Surrey

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Services Manager to join our charitable organisation. This is an exciting and varied role and you will be joining a passionate and dedicated professional team.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a responsive, effective and efficient Repairs and Housing service to SeeAbility’s tenants, ensuring that property assets are well maintained and provide a safe, high quality environment for people with sight loss and multiple disabilities. Assisting the Head of Property Services in every day operation, you will maintain the property data base, raise PO’s and sign orders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance repairs and refurbishment projects within a portfolio of residential care homes and supported living accommodations. This position is suitable for someone that is looking for a varied role that is split between travelling to properties and office work. 

You will have:

  • A clean driving licence and your own car
  • Ten years experience
  • A proven ability to supervise & manage contractors and maintenance teams
  • Current knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Self starting attitude, organisation & ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • The ability to recognise and arrange the day-to-day property repairs
  • Good management skills and confidence to make decisions and give advice
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Very good manners and strong interpersonal skills
