At SeeAbility we provide extraordinary services that transform the lives of people living with disabilities. We support c250 people and their families with disabilities including visual impairment, autism and learning and physical disabilities across Southern England.

Key to our on-going success and plans for future growth is ensuring that we have the right people in place at the right time to drive our organisational objectives. The Talent & Resourcing Coordinator will work with their relevant business areas to coordinate day to day recruitment activity, delivering an exemplary end to end resourcing service for all permanent, FTC, temporarily and hard to fill positions, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, offers and on-boarding.

They will provide a professional, consultative and pro-active recruitment service, to hiring managers and candidates ensuring best practice, value for money and fit to organisational goals and values and will be required to travel across the South and South West of England to do so.

To be successful in this role you’ll be a proven recruiter with experience of devising multi faceted recruitment campaigns and a Knowledge and Understanding of recruitment and retention challenges within health and social care. You’ll be results driven, with a keen eye for detail and excellent negotiating, influencing skills and stakeholder management skills.
