Position: Support Worker Nights
Location: Fiennes House, Wellington
Salary: £15,600 - £16,400 per annum or pro rata (depending on relevant qualifications skills and experience)
Hours: 9 hours shifts 1,2,3,4 nights per week, this role requires some flexibility as staff are employed on a shift basis

As a SeeAbility Support Worker Nights, you’ll be supporting the individuals to be safe at night ensuring personal care needs are met & monitoring the individuals as well as some light domestic duties. You’ll grow with the people we support by making exceptional relationships with them, their families and your team. The best part is that no two nights will be the same! You’ll be encouraging the people we support to become more independent, to make more choices and live the lives they want to lead.

You should be: 

  • A good communicator
  • Willing to provide personal support to people with complex needs
  • Motivated
  • Able to work well in a team & lone working
  • Committed to promoting individual choice and a person-centered lifestyle
  • IT literate or willing to learn
  • No experience is required, although is advantageous
