Position: Support Worker
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £16,185 per annum - £16,672 per annum (dependent on relevant qualifications and experience)
Hours: Full or Part Time (including weekends)

Can you support individuals who are visually impaired and have additional disabilities to achieve their full potential? Can you provide personalised support and assistance to people throughout all aspects of their daily life, supporting them to live the lifestyle they want, as they want?

Taylor House is a brand new shared supported living service based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. It offers housing and support to 14 adults with sight impairment and additional disabilities. Support will be enabling and outcome focused, building independence, skills, confidence and community presence.

If you are an experienced Support Worker or new to social care and would like to be part of this new and exciting service then we would like to hear from you.

As a support worker, you will need to work a flexible rota and commit to a person centred philosophy. You will be part of a new team and will be provided with ongoing training and development.
