Position: Senior Physiotherapist
Location: Fir Tree Lodge – Tadley, Hampshire

Salary: £33,630 – £35,070 per annum, pro rata (dependent on experience)
Hours: 18 – 24 hours per week

Fir Tree Lodge is a residential home for 10 adults with a range of disabilities and complex needs. 

Our specialist support team work closely with the people we support, providing rehabilitation to people with sight loss to help them maintain and develop skills, and be more independent. We have speech and language therapists who support people with communication difficulties and the team also provides assistive technology and accessible information. All those supported at Fir Tree Lodge can benefit from weekly physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions at the newly-refurbished Penny Activity & Resource Centre. This is our onsite specialist day service providing opportunities including music therapy, arts and crafts, cookery, interactive technology and horticulture. 

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and dynamic physiotherapist with the desire to provide specialised care within the field of complex disability. You will be working to provide and continually develop a service for young adults in a residential setting. This post is an ideal opportunity for a clinician to further develop their skills within this specialist field.

Experience of working within this field is highly desirable. Experience and skills working with people with complex physical and postural management needs and/or other relevant experience. E.g. Neuro-rehab, mental health or community rehab is desirable. You will have worked in a broad range of clinical settings and have the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
