Job Role: Maintenance technician
Location: SeeAbility (various sites)
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5h/week

We have a fantastic opportunity for 2 experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our passionate, dedicated and professional team. The main purpose of the role is to provide a responsive, effective and efficient repair services to the properties across SeeAbility. You must ensure the reactive and planned works are conducted to the highest quality and in a timely manner to provide a safe environment for our tenants and residents.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out daily maintenance repairs and undertake planned refurbishment works as agreed with the line manager. The candidates must have a full and clean driving license and have their own vehicle. Ideally you will be located within Surrey/South London area. We are seeking applications from candidates with similar experience and background. You should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in the same/similar sector is a strong advantage;
  • Self starter, organised & able to work independent and as part of the team.
  • Maintain good relationships with staff and tenants/residents;
  • The ability to recognise and carry out the day-to-day property repairs;
  • Able to communicate effectively and prioritise the work load;
  • Proven ability of relevant skills and capabilities as per job description;
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in outputs.
