Application closing date: 27/11/17
Required: A satisfactory DBS check is required for this position

We’re looking for an experienced administrator with a passion for efficiency and attention to detail to join our Oxfordshire Support Service based at our Banbury site.

Our Oxfordshire Support Service consists of 2 sites, in Banbury and Bicester, and provides support for 12 individuals living with autism, enabling them to live independent and full lives.

SeeAbility encourages people with disabilities to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society. The people we support overcome huge barriers to achieve exciting new things every day: some big, some small, all extraordinary. They challenge us all to rethink disability.

As such you’ll contribute towards making each and every day extraordinary for the people we support by completing a range of administration duties in an accurate and timely manner that enables the effective and efficient running off the wider service.

In addition you’ll have proven experience of delivering a stand alone administration service and be IT literate with ability to use Windows, using MS Word as main package with MS Excel. You’ll be able to work effectively as part of a busy team and will possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

So apart from transforming lives what’s in it for you? You’ll benefit from working with an exceptional team, an outstanding induction and training programme as well as on-going development. We also offer flexible working options, long service and recognition awards and company pension and life assurance schemes. And we don’t expect you to take your work home with you at the end of the day, in fact, it’s illegal!
