Friends and Family Newsletter bannerYour feedback on how we support your relative or friend is incredibly important to us. It helps us understand what’s working well and how you think we should improve things in the future.

Alongside ongoing dialogue/involvement you may already have with the SeeAbility team supporting your relative or friend, one of the ways we seek your views is through an annual survey. The next survey will be available in mid January 2020, with options to complete online or in hard copy. Do please keep an eye out for it in your email inbox or by post in mid January, and take the time to give us your feedback.

Survey responses will be collated centrally and we’ll be sharing overall findings towards the end of March 2020, along with details of how we’re responding to what you’ve told us.

If you haven’t received your survey by late January, please contact the Manager of the service that supports your relative or friend and he or she will ensure you receive one.
