When you donate to SeeAbility in memory of a loved one, we use your kind and generous gift to support more people living with sight loss and multiple disabilities. It could go towards helping a child with disabilities to get the vital sight tests they need. Or it could help fund a speech and language session so someone with sight loss can learn vital communication skills. It’s an incredible way to make a lasting difference and a special way to celebrate your loved one.
Collecting donations instead of flowers at a funeral or celebration service is a popular way in which to help alleviate some of the day's difficulty — by knowing that vital support for people with sight loss and multiple disabilities is being provided for by those closest to you.
If you have donations from a giving in memory collection, you can send us the funds online or post a cheque to us. Please ensure cheques are made payable to 'SeeAbility' and are posted to: Newplan House, 41 East Street, Epsom, KT17 1BL
Lastly, you can set up, search for, and manage an 'in memory' page on our website. By creating a page for a loved one or for an event in their name, you can offer special stories and memories, upload photos, and share the page with friends and family to raise some funds. You can add any donations made from an event, funeral or celebration service to the fund, allowing you to easily manage donations in one centralised place.
If you have any questions or if we can support you with a collection during this difficult time, you can contact us on 01372 755 042 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
