Senior Rehabilitation Practitioner

Pay Band: £29,580 - £34,658 per annum - depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Based: Flexible location to be agreed within South West England

The Role:

• To provide specialist rehabilitation input to the residential services in
  the south west and surrounding area.
• To conduct holistic assessments and provide mobility, low vision and independent living skills training.
• To support staff to adopt an enabling approach with the people who use the service.
• To assist in the provision of Visual Impairment Awareness training.

The Person:

• Holds an appropriate qualification in rehabilitation work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to devise imaginative rehabilitation programmes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between the locations.

Satisfactory Enhanced CRB Disclosure required for the above post.
