Hours of work:
37.5 per week (unless stated otherwise)

Holiday entitlement:
A photo of two deck chairs
28 days per annum including bank holidays, pro rata for part time staff

Annual leave entitlement increases with length of service to a maximum of 31 days on 1st April following 4 years' completed service

Six month induction programme:

During your six month probation period, you will be supported by our Induction Programme, which includes a welcome to SeeAbility, visual impairment and disability training sessions

Annual pay award:
Salaries are reviewed on 1st July, but increases are not guaranteed

Pension:

Immediate eligibility to be included in the Charity's Contributory Pension Scheme for all permanent staff

Childcare voucher scheme:
Tax and National Insurance savings towards the cost of childcare available to all permanent staff

Staff training:
SeeAbility has an excellent training programme and holds the Investor in People Award

NVQ training:
The NVQ logo
Staff who wish to undertake relevant NVQ training will be given the opportunity to do so

References:
Any offer of employment will be subject to receipt of at least two professional references, which are deemed satisfactory by SeeAbility - one of which will be from your current employer. No employee can commence employment with SeeAbility unless satisfactory references have been received
