25 days per annum (pro rata for part time). You will also be paid for all English Bank Holidays which fall on your normal working day.
Annual Leave will be increased to:
26 days on 1 April following 2 years' completed service
27 days on 1 April following 3 years' completed service
28 days on 1 April following 4 years' completed service
Six Month Induction Programme:
During your six month probation period, you will be supported by our Induction Programme, which includes a welcome to SeeAbility, visual impairment and disability training sessions.
Annual Review Date:
An incremental increase will be paid at the end of each completed year from the date of joining, until the top of the scale is reached. (Permanent staff only and if applicable)
Annual Pay Award:
Awarded 1st July (increase not guaranteed).

SeeAbility has an excellent training programme and holds the Investor in People Award.
NVQ Training:
Staff who wish to undertake relevant NVQ training will be given the opportunity to do so.

Overtime Payment:
Available (but not guaranteed) and with prior approval of the Manager. Not all posts are subject to overtime payment.
Smoking:
SeeAbility operates a no smoking policy.
References/Police Disclosure:
