SeeAbility benefits & information

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week (unless stated otherwise).
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum (pro rata for part time). You will also be paid for all English Bank Holidays which fall on your normal working day.

Annual Leave will be increased to:
26 days on 1 April following 2 years' completed service
27 days on 1 April following 3 years' completed service
28 days on 1 April following 4 years' completed service
Six Month Induction Programme: During your six month probation period, you will be supported by our Induction Programme.
Annual Review Date: An incremental increase will be paid at the end of each completed year from the date of joining, until the top of the scale is reached.
Annual Pay Award: Awarded 1st April (increase not guaranteed).

Pension: Immediate entry into the Charity's Contributory Pension Scheme.
Health Care Cash Plan: All staff are covered by the Norwich Union Health Care Plan.
Staff Training: SeeAbility has an excellent training programme and holds the Investor in People Award.
NVQ Training: Staff who wish to undertake relevant NVQ training will be given the opportunity to do so.
Sickness: Eligible for SeeAbility Sick Pay Scheme.
Overtime Payment: Available (but not guaranteed) and with prior approval of the Manager. Not all posts are subject to overtime payment.
Smoking: SeeAbility operates a no smoking policy.
References/Police Disclosure: Any offer of employment will be subject to the receipt of two professional references, which are deemed satisfactory by SeeAbility - one of which will be from your current employer. No employee can commence employment with SeeAbility unless both references have been received.

All prospective employees, where appropriate, must obtain a CRB Police Disclosure including a check against the Protection of Vulnerable Adults list under the POVA scheme.
