Situated in the its local community, eight one bedroom flats, enabling individuals to live independently in their own rented accommodation. We provide a specialist and individual support service to those who live here with a visual impairment and learning disability, promoting daily life skills to encourage greater independence.
Staff teams work with our trained Rehabilitation Practitioners to ensure a consistent and enabling approach to maintaining and developing daily skills.
