Located within the local community these flats will provide individuals with a range of disabilities, including cerebral palsy, learning difficulties and a visual impairment, the opportunity to live independently in their own rented accommodation. They will access our specialised support customised to their specific individual needs.
Person centred plans are developed by undertaking detailed assessments, and are provided by experienced and highly trained staff that can respond knowledgeably and appropriately to each person.
Our staff teams work to ensure a consistent and enabling attitude. Individuals are encouraged to expand their capabilities and benefit from opportunities to enjoy new life experiences.
The exclusively designed independent living accommodation is offered in two buildings over two floors.
