SeeAbility support services are person-centred

SeeAbility support services are designed to meet an individual's housing-related, social and/or personal care needs.

Services can be provided to people living in any type of accommodation, ranging from just a few hours per week up to 24 hours per day for 365 days/year. Services can be developed for individuals living in the locality of any existing SeeAbility operating bases or for groups in any location.

SeeAbility is experienced in delivering support services via a range of different models including:

  • developing clusters of accommodation-based extra care support services
  • outreach/floating support services
  • community-based day activity support
  • 24-hour single person services.

Some SeeAbility support services have Supporting People contracts and SeeAbility are registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a Domiciliary Care Agency.

SeeAbility can help with appropriate accommodation

If individuals are looking for appropriate accommodation alongside a support service, SeeAbility may also be able to assist them to access shared ownership, private or Housing Association properties or by offering a tenancy of one of our own stock of flats and houses.
