A cheerful and bright home for six mobile adults with disabilities, including Downs Syndrome, with an emphasis on light and colour contrasts throughout to assist those with a visual impairment.
Person-centred support plans enable each individual’s needs to be met and help achieve aspirations. Each person has access to our Rehabilitation Practitioners who together with specialised support staff focus on maximising people’s abilities and teaching new skills to enhance the quality of life.
Trained volunteers can be arranged to support peole in a wide range of activities.
This service is provided in a two storey home ideally located close to the town centre which has good local amenities and transport links.
