for SeeAbility

Staff at Frankie and Benny's
Frankie & Benny’s in Dorking held a free of charge charity breakfast and brunch event for SeeAbility on Thursday 1st September 2011 and raised a staggering £1,030!

The restaurant offered free breakfasts to diners in return for a donation to SeeAbility. A raffle, including free hair cuts, holiday vouchers and leisure passes all donated by local companies helped raise even more on the day.

Danny Breithaupt, Managing Director at Frankie & Benny’s and all the team involved were delighted at how much was raised in a single day. The money will help fund a new sensory garden at SeeAbility’s Derby Lodge in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Emma Smith, SeeAbility’s Head of Donors and Corporates said “It really was a fantastic day, and we would again like to thank Frankie & Benny’s team for all their hard work. We are thrilled that we can now build the garden to enable blind people with severe disabilities enjoy new sensory experiences”.
