Our service
Provides high quality flexible individually tailored person-centred solutions following a full assessment for people with a visual impairment and other disabilities living in the geographical regions of Ashford, Maidstone and Sevenoaks in Kent.
Our experience shows that people can achieve their own personal goals given the right specialist support from appropriately trained staff who understand their individual specific needs.
We have a demonstrable track record of building successful partnerships with individuals, families, advocates, other providers, community resources and sponsoring authorities.
Our staff teams are highly trained and experienced in working with the multiple needs of the people we support.
We provide support on:
