Outreach Services

We provide support to people in their own accommodation, to live as independently as possible and be empowered to play an active roll in their community.

Our specialist support is designed to teach people to do more for themselves to meet their needs and aspirations. This approach takes experience, highly trained staff and patience.

No-one is too disabled to live as they want to; they just need the right support.
