The purpose-built accommodation on one level offers seven bedrooms with ensuite facilities and shared access to kitchen, living and dining areas. A purpose-built provision offering a 24 hour nursing and social care service for sixteen young adults (aged 16-35) with a visual impairment and life-limiting condition, particularly, although not exclusively, Juvenile Batten's Disease. SeeAbility offers two eight-bedded bungalows with all bedrooms having ensuite facilities. The service is registered with CSCI as a care home providing nursing care. Support Services - South West:SeeAbility Exeter Support Service based in Exeter, Devon

A pioneering shared ownership scheme and support service developed by SeeAbility in conjunction with Signpost Housing Association and Devon County Council. Signpost Housing Association have built eight properties on a new housing estate at Summerways in Exeter which are available on a shared ownership basis to people who have a visual impairment and a learning disability. SeeAbility provides an enabling support service to assist these people with their housing-related, social and personal care needs. The support service will also be available to other people with a visual impairment and additional disabilities living in Devon. SeeAbility Exeter Support Service offers the personal care aspect of the service as part of SeeAbility Devon Support Service which is Registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a Domiciliary Care Agency. This service offers eight tenancies of newly developed accommodation at Windmill Court in Honiton, together with an individually tailored package of support, for people with a visual impairment and additional disabilities. SeeAbility Bradbury Support Service provides an enabling support service to assist these tenants with their housing-related, social and personal care needs. SeeAbility Bradbury Support Service offers the personal care aspect of the service as part of SeeAbility Devon Support Service which is Registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a Domiciliary Care Agency. SeeAbility Meadowmead Support Service based in Eastleigh, Hampshire

Tenancies for eight units of accommodation are offered by Eastleigh Housing Association to people with a visual impairment and a learning disability. SeeAbility acts as Management Agent for the properties and provides tenants with individually tailored packages of support. The support service is also offered to individuals living in their own/other accommodation within Eastleigh or neighbouring localities. Services include enabling support with housing-related, personal and social care tasks. SeeAbility Meadowmead Support Service has a Supporting People Contract with Hampshire and is registered with CSCI as a Domiciliary Care Agency.
