SeeAbility's Applewood is a residential service for five adults with a visual impairment and additional disabilities, aiming to develop their level of independence.

Applewood is a two storey house offering 24 hour service, including night-time on-call emergency support. It has a large living space, a fully accessible fitted kitchen and utility room. There are four bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities, three rooms upstairs and one located on the ground floor. The property also offers a self-contained ground floor flat. There is a large garden with easy access and many features including an fruit trees.

A residential service for twenty four adults with a visual impairment and additional disabilities including learning disability and autism. SeeAbility offers accommodation on the ground and first floors in three small living groups, one for eight people. The service is registered with CQC as a care home providing personal care. This service offers 32 tenancies of flats and houses with gardens situated in Leatherhead, with individually tailored packages of support for people with a visual impairment and additional disabilities. Services include enabling support with housing-related, personal and social care tasks.

SeeAbility Support Service, Horley, Surrey 

Here, six young adults with a visual impairment and complex needs receive specialist support provided by experienced and highly trained staff that can respond knowledgeably and appropriately to each person.

Each individual's needs are fully assessed and person-centred support plans created to meet these and help achieve aspirations. Support focuses on maximising people’s own abilities and teaching new skills. Our experience shows that people can always do more for themselves giving a real sense of personal achievement. Staff teams work together with our trained Rehabilitation practitioners to ensure a consistent and enabling approach to maintaining and developing skills.

This service is provided in the custom built single storey Bradbury House featuring colour contrast, state-of-the-art lighting and climate control throughout. 24 hour support, including waking night provision, is available.

SeeAbility Support Service, Surbiton, Surrey

This 24 hour supported living service is for 5 individuals with a visual impairment and profound and multiple disabilities. SeeAbility are working with the Royal Borough of Kingston to provide support to these five people in all aspects of their lives, helping them to run their own home, and to take part in local community activates.

This service in Ditton Road is a dormer bungalow with 5 en-suite bedrooms (wetrooms with showers), large accessible kitchen and lounge as well as an easy access garden.  There is also an additional communal bathroom.

SeeAbility Support Service has contracts with each person who lives in the house, managed through Individual Budgets and is registered with CQC as a Domiciliary Care Agency.

Surrey Outreach Service offers housing support and personal care to individuals living independently in the County of Surrey. It is currently registered as a part of the Leatherhead Support Service but is in the process of registering as a separate branch.

SeeAbility is developing a new Outreach Service in the Counties of East Sussex, West Sussex, & Brighton and Hove. Operating from an office in Burgess Hill, it is able to take new referrals.
