New Service Developments

Developing New ServicesPotential Flats in Bristol

SeeAbility is actively looking to develop new services for more people. We have formed strong relationships with commissioning authorities, groups and individuals. We also work closely with housing associations and private developers to be able to offer complete flexibility in the form of housing that we provide.

We continue to look at providing Residential Care where wanted but also focus on Support Services with a tenancy, and shared ownership housing.

For details of new developments please see below.

  • Our Future Plans

SeeAbility is committed to continuous improvement and development.  With help from a wide range of stakeholders we have recently developed our strategic plan for 2008-2013 and within this are looking to work in partnership with others to develop more individualised services available over a wider geographical area.

Thank you to all those of you who completed a questionnaire or have contributed in some way to our planning. This has enabled us to formulate a challenging plan that we hope will facilitate our ongoing improvement and enable more people to access our specialist services over the next 5 years.

  • Shared Ownership Homes For People Who Have A Learning Disability

Home ownership offers significant advantages for disabled people, in terms of security, choice, quality and control. SeeAbility has been working with an organisation called Shared Ownership Homes to make it easier for disabled people to own a home of their own. To find out more contact one of our New Business Managers whose details can be found in the Service Contacts area of this website.
