Payroll giving (Give as you Earn)

How does it work?

Giving through your salary is an easy, tax effective way to support SeeAbility on a regular basis. Donations are deducted by your payroll office before tax and sent to SeeAbility. Regular donations like this are really valued by us, as we can plan for the future secure in the knowledge that we have your on-going support.

Donations are taken before tax, so for every £1 donated, it only costs 80p for a standard rate taxpayer. If you are a higher rate tax payer it will cost you even less.

Gift to SeeAbility        Cost to donor 20% Taxpayer          40% Taxpayer          50% Taxpayer

£5.00 per month            £4.00                                              £3.00                        £2.50

£10.00 per month          £8.00                                              £6.00                        £5.00

A regular gift of £5 per month for a year could provide two hours of speech and language therapy for someone who is blind and has multiple disabilities, improving their communication skills and enabling them to lead a more fulfilling life.

A regular gift of £10 per month for a year could provide four hours of physiotherapy for young people who have a life threatening disease; increasing their mobility and easing pain caused by tight muscles.
