Corporate Provider Reports For 2006-07 Are Published By CSCI

As well as providing reports on our individual care services, CSCI publish a Provider Relationship Manager (PRM) Annual Performance Report for corporate providers. These reports provide an overview on how effective corporate providers are at providing quality services and what improvements they need to make.

CSCI allocate a Provider Relationship Manager to corporate providers (large-scale organisations and smaller specialist/niche providers) whose role is to support the continued inmprovement of services, provide consistency and formulate an overview of the quality of services delivered by corporate providers.

What’s in the Report?
Provider Relationship Managers produce annual reports for each of the corporate providers they have worked with over the preceding inspection year.

The report contains:

• Analysis of inspection findings and national minimum standards
• Identification of strengths and areas for development
• Identification of themes and significant issues
• Highlighting of good practice
• Presentation of the key findings

Inpsection Reports and Star Ratings

CSCI have introduced a quality ratings system to help people make informed choices about their care services. Following a key inspection of a service CSCI publish a Star Rating that describes the quality of care it provides.

The ratings scale is:

• 0 stars - poor
• 1 star - adequate
• 2 stars - good
• 3 stars - excellent
